Delicious food and always great service. Ended up there when The Mill on 7th ignored us and didn't take our order. Newsroom was quick considering how busy they were.
Cute little spot for a meal! Space felt warm and inviting, service was wonderful and the food was delicious! I had the mushroom and pepper smash burger with tomato soup and it was so so good! Would definitely go back!
Super busy on Friday but the food and service are excellent. I enjoyed the smash tacos and basket of fries.

I love that every time we visit I know the servers. They are happy and personable. The food is all really yummy. I'm making myself try different dishes as I'm always wanting the Asian Chicken Wrap. It's my favorite 😍 ❤️ cant wait for next time.!!!

It was good experience in beautiful Lynden with great taste of burger and interesting background of restaurant . I can say it’s historic pub☺️ the lady whose name was “Genesis” (if my writing is correct) was so nice, respectful and professional. Her offer was great. I want to say special thanks to her and we will comeback there again because of Genesis’s nice behaviour and smile.
I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at the Newsroom Pub! I had their Bacon Smash Burger and it was excellent. The handmade patties were crispy in the edges but soft and full of flavour in the inside. I ordered a side of tartar sauce for my French fries and it was one of the best ones I’ve had! For dessert, the smash cookie with locally-made ice cream centre was the perfect ending to the meal.
If you're in Lynden & hankering for a burger, you have to try their bacon smash burger. It's not cheap but oh so good! From the double smashed patties, flavorful bacon & tastey sauce, I really enjoyed it! On top of that, the service was warm & friendly & the atmosphere & inviting, modern & clean.
